Why do I have to email you and provide mailing address after purchase to get the physical book?
We made our website through "Teachable.com". This website is fantastic, but only allows the purchasing of digital products as of now. We are hoping this updates in the future, but until then, this is the best way we can bridge this gap to provide the physical copy.
Why do some of the courses have much fewer quizzes?
Those courses are designed to upload two quizzes weekly until they have over 300 questions. This is to help pace the students as they practice. It's good to let the brain breathe.
If I'm unhappy with the product, can I get a refund?
We have yet to have someone unhappy with our products! We have had a few students ask questions about something in the curriculum they were confused about or they didn't understand. In those cases, I personally helped them out to guide them to understanding and finding the correct answer. That being said, we are not opposed to giving refunds on a case-by-case basis.
